Kathy Pitula

PTA/OTA – Rehab Assistant

Kathy has over twenty-five years of experience working as a Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy Assistant. Her work in rehabilitation science began with education and clientele in Poland as a registered physiotherapist, providing a strong foundation for her professional practice in Canada, which began in 1991. She also completed Trios College with an honours degree.

Kathy’s work spans private clinics and long-term care homes, as well as specialist classes and in-home physiotherapy/occupational therapy assistance. She has extensive experience with stroke survivors and MVA patients, as well as patients with musculoskeletal injuries, Parkinson’s disease, and acute and chronic pain. She has also led Fall Prevention and COPD group therapy classes for seniors over several years, and truly enjoys helping individuals reach their personal health goals.
